Leaving; I mean, where's he going to go in England that he could slot into the forward position w/out any issue?
-Liverpool: Not with Mo Salah leading the line.
-United: Ditto there w/Marcus Rashford
-City: Same w/Erling Haaland.
-Etc. w/Arsenal & Chelsea.
My guess, offhand? Real Madrid; they're interested in him.

Insofar as not-Tottenham destinations go, Madrid is probably the best option.
