i'm too nice, and I always try to help out others. Sometimes it is at the expense of my mental health. Need to get better at that.

Starting a conversation. I can easily talk to you if you talk to me first and I can talk to you all day if we have something in common. But to actually go up to someone and say "hi"? I just can't do it.
