Which game I can stream with ryzen 5 3400g and 8GB RAM ?

You could get GeForce Now and not care one bit about your specs. That's what I do to play ETS2. You basically stream the game. The only thing you need is to own the game on Steam and have decent internet

If you're not getting any extra GPU, get at least 16 GB of RAM. Streaming demands a lot of this and games takes from 4-5 GB.

I'd say you can even stream all popular competitive games with ease, obviously not in the higher settings.
