Which housekeeping duties do the children assist with in your household?

In my family, one young teenager needs to clean her room. Sometimes I ask someone to help me wash the dishes or cook rice. At an early age, she needs to learn some domestic tasks at home.

They do more of sweeping even when I was small it was the sweeping that was common for me

We were given the job of sweeping the house and yard and also cleaning rice and wheat, keeping a watch on what was being dried in the sun.

Kids can help in laundry as its not a very hard task and they also like to play with water so they do enjoy it
