Who remembers their home phone number?

Who remembers their home phone number from back in the day?When there was no cell phones yet.

I don't care for cell phones & we have a landline here. As for the one I grew up with, my parents have been living there for over 50 years & since I call them up a few times a week, I definitely remember it

I remember my home phone number as a child very well. Before mobile phones, that was in most cases the only way to contact your parents if you needed to when you were out with friends such as using a phone box to call. I used it so much that I believe the number is now very much etched in my mind.

I still remember the first landline phone number that we use before. The sad part is they asked to close the account when my grandmother died.
