No one. I'm a very private person and I don't bother my friends with my problems. They have problems of their own and don't need to hear mine too. Instead of calling someone, I will go for a walk or play with my "zoo crew" babies. I don't let bad days put me down because if I did, I'd never get back up.

This. Part of my "training" while growing up was to rely solely on myself to solve my problems. If I asked for help, I got beaten up or simply dismissed, so, as far as I'm concerned, my problems are exactly that - my problems, and no one else's.
