do you ever use old windows?

I used to use the old version of windows (windows 95) . My Dad had a really old computer in his room so I decided to try it out, it was horrible compared to Windows 7.

When I was like 6 I had my first computer and it had windows 95. After that I had 98, Me, XP, Vista and now I have windows 7. By the way my dad installed all the operation systems for me when I was little, for a long time I had two partitions on my computer so I had windows ME and XP and I could switch between them. It was great because I loved playing games and some games worked only on ME, but it made my computer a little bit slow.

When I was given the computer I am using now, it was running Windows 95. It ran well for a very long time. I have to use dial up and one day a storm blew out my modem. When I took it for repair, the owner installed a new 56k modem and updated my computer to XP ( for no charge). Since I have had no issues other than my computer running at a snails pace due to the dial up connection, I am going to stick with XP.

The very first computer I used was a desktop with Intel Celeron (Pentium II-based) processor, and it ran Windows 98 (later upgraded to the very-unstable ME in early 2003). This was back when I was six, 2002 to be exact. In 2004, my dad brought another desktop which had a Pentium II processor and Windows XP.

A year later, a third desktop was brought and had Pentium III as its CPU, it ran XP too. Then a fourth one with Pentium 4 arrived, but that time it came with Vista, which was another unstable OS, so we downgraded it to XP in late 2008.

That PC lasted for almost SEVEN years until recently, it won't load Windows 7 at all. So we got the latest desktop which is a touch all-in-one, HP Envy 20, Pentium G870 64-bit processor, upgraded to Windows 8.1.

Nice trip down memory lane there. I started using Windows on 3.1, never seen those earlier versions before.
