Same here and English is my first language.
When I read a book I'm nowhere near my computer.Use Bing or DuckDuckGo instead.
Maybe have a little 'sticky note' with what you're reading & if you run across a word that is unfamiliar to you, jot it down.

I don't have a cell/mobile phone! My vision is too shitty.
A good suggestion!
Then I'd just keep reading. I could probably make an educated guess on what the word means by the context of the story / whats going on.
