So here we go another rant by me. It's all I seek to do these days.
Anyway. Im at work on my lunch on my phone so I apologise for grammar/spelling mistakes.
Recently I have been working my arse off at work. We are currently 5 bodies short as others have gone off into different teams for a short while. This means that the remaining team are having to do extra work. I usually do one task a day. Now I am doing upto 5. Also helping other people.
People nominate others for reach out awards. It is the conpanies praise system. Today 4 certificates got handed out but not one for me. I would have thought with all the help I have been giving people on they tasks whilst still plodding on with my own would warrent a little bit of praise but I never get anything. Makes me wonder why I even bother!
I know everyone is all chipping in. Helping each other out. We are working as a team. But its so annoying when you don't feel like you are appreciated!
