I found women easier to work with, but I think that's a relational thing, since I relate easier to women than men. I had a good time working with some men, but I couldn't click with them, because I never fit into the "boys club" that always meant I was an outsider. Women just got on with things and got them done, and we'd have a little chat every now and then. Even when pretending to be a man, I was a better woman, lol

I've worked with both, and had bosses of both sexes. Really that would have to be my answer. Some of both sexes have been impossible to like, others have been great.

I think everyone is unique and has their own personality defects, challenges and whatnot. I can work with either. Funnily enough, the men I have worked with have been more dramatic than the women.

I honestly don't have an answer myself. Why do you prefer girls? You've had bad experience with guy bosses?

Because they surprisingly more chill and are just there to do their job. Nobody is trying to be the alpha. Guys are usually sloppy and have less attention to detail too.
