THE FATE OF ISRAEL
Israel is not enjoying this war for sure , but will continue to kill Palestinians and will expand its assaults and take the time it needs to destroy the tunnels -that are a threat to Israel -or will pretend to destroy the so called tunnels in order to justify the prolongation of the war. For this reason, Israel is saying that this 72 hours truce with the Palestinians will not include the undergrounds but will happen only at the surface which is a complete fallacy . In all cases, there was no truce and Israel progressed few meters inside the district to commit more atrocities after one Israeli soldier has been captured. Had this war been Israel's war, Israel would have finished the job in few days at the cost of few hundred soldiers . But Israel cannot afford great losses .
The Tunnels are not Israel's problem nor are the Missiles or any kind of weapons . Israel has tons of weapons and nuclear weapons and today it got the permission to use the US supply of missiles stored in Israel and has got more money to spend on its iron dome from the Congress . Israel has a problem with the resolve the Palestinians have taken to resist and fight until victory is reaped. and it is this resolve that seems independent from the political give and take that defines this war .
Thus, this war speaks a language that Israel does not understand and cannot understand though it had heard this language from Hizbullah and Iran previously . It is the Resistance that is defining the terms of this war and it is true that Israel is reacting in a criminal and blind way - like Leader al Daif said - while the Resistance is acting according to a definite plan and pre conceived scenario - as revealed by al Daif - and is also tuned to Iran and Hizbullah.
Today Israel could be compared to the captured soldier Hadar Goldin , caught between two fires whom Israel targeted after he was taken prisoner .Israel is willing – though- to continue the mission endowed to it by US and covered by KSA and by Egypt but it is a costly operation that lacks reasonable achievable goals , Israel- therefore - is at a loss . It does not want to fail the world order and its Arab allies or look unqualified for carrying on this task but it also needs to rethink its position and its choices and not expose itself as a criminal state or as a deficient chaotic destructive entity without getting anything in return.
This is to say that one of the purposes of the Arab Spring was to attribute criminality to Islam and absolve Israel from it and making it look as a pacifying democratic state, and now Israel finds itself back to the same place again heading the list of terror world wide without being crowned with any victory or achievement . Will the World Order continue to back Israel .
Experts say that this failing of Israel in achieving the mission has created great insecurity among Israelis to the point that more than 77% of Israelis are backing the actual failing government of Netenyahu, not out to love for Netenyahu , but for fear of falling into the unknown . And these experts add that the good old days where Israelis used to demonstrate and rally and take to streets calling for co existence and peace with Palestinians are gone to no return and nothing of this sort can be witnessed nowadays .Israelis seem- rather- determined to unite and defend what they have, not against HAMAS, but against their masters of the World Order who seem unhappy with their poor achievements and not enough considerate of the difficulty of the task.
What is at stake here finally might not be so much the fate of the Palestinian Armed Resistance- who has proved itself and its strength and its steadfastness - or the fate of of the district of Gaza. What seems at stake is the future of the usurping state itself that fears for its role and maybe even for its continuity after it has been exposed as an inefficient tool in fighting and finishing the armed Resistance whether in Lebanon or in Palestine.
