Do you worry about things a lot? Always over thinking things? Expecting the worst to happen all the time?

Or are you the opposite?

Is it good to be a worry wart?

If you're a worry wart and are expecting the worst to happen all the time, then you're inviting trouble. To worry all the time and expect the worse, is counter-productive and you'll never learn the skills necessary to cope. Sure, I worry and then I make a plan. I stick to my plan until whatever I'm worried about gets solved.

I don't start worrying till there's nothing I can do about it anymore and even then it's only half hearted

No. I don't worry enough, really.

I don't get stressed or anything like that, because I just don't worry about it.

It helps during bad times. :S
