It may sound like a dumb question, but I'm quite serious about this thread. What would be the best way for humans to live forever? If our body could function without oxygen, we could live a little longer, in theory. But how would that stop our organs etc from getting old? Is it impossible for our body itself to stop getting old, as in, could we keep it at it's prime in let's say, our early 20's?

I see little reason why it shouldn't be possible eventually. You just might not like the sacrifices that may have to be made.

But why would you want to die? (Provided you're in good health, etc.)
