How did you loose weight?

I've been walking a lot for the past 2 months or so.
I'd like to actually work out now though, I've also cut down on foods and ate better.

Style of dress: Used to be very goth/emo, Harajuku. Now I just wear whatever.

Scars: Plenty. Left ankle and left knee from a car accident, a ton of self-harm scars, a skin graft on my lower back.

Yeah, really you don't need to do a lot. Eat healthier and less amounts and walk daily and you'll loose weight in no time.
