What stuff you do wrong in the kitchen that you refuse to change ?

I don't put salt on the water when making pasta ... and yes one reason to add salt is the cooking done a little faster reaching the boiling point a little more quick but this to happen need a lot of salt so to me rather than eating after all the extra salt that is more harm for your body i prefer not to add salt .

I will try to think more but for now that's it

When I make pasta I like to pour the sauce in and mix, the rest of the house doesn't like it that way however I won't change how I do it.

pasta belongs GIF

I don't often use/follow recipes exactly; I'm more comfortable "winging it".

This is not wrong , that is how suppose to be . The Sause need to be tossed with the pasta before end up on the plate, and even better you cook together for about a minute or so.
I don't do this most of the time because no one eat at the same time and if warm up the pasta while is mixed from before it is not nice, but when its separate feel like just been cook at that time .. also most times i make extra Sause and freeze it and when not feel like cooking a lot or i was out all day i just defrost the Sause and make just the pasta
but if all the family eats together at the same time that is the correct way.
