I always get a little nervous when Yellowstone gets too quite.



It's been over a week and there's only been one micro-earthquake inside the park.

It's been another day since the original post, and still no shaking in the park.



Remember, Yellowstone has about three thousand measurable earthquakes a year, so any significant quiet period means that excess energy is building up in the system.
