Yet again we find my mom in a lot of pain and tears. If she'd quit doing shit that required a lot of bending and moving shit around she wouldn't be feeling this way. She's not as young as she used to be anymore and she needs to damn well get with the program. Fucking bothers the hell out of me when she's like this and not a damn thing I can do about it.

What health problems is your mom experiencing?

When's the last time your mom has seen the doctor?

I think part of it is skulliosis.

Well I know last month she went in to get shots in her back. And next week she's going in for more.

I think you mean Scoliosis. It's a curving of the spine and I have the exact same thing. With mine, I have a limit as to how many pounds of whatever I can lift. For me, this disease is more of a hinderence than a help, because I work in housekeeping at a local hotel and part of our job during the winter months when there's nothing to do (or next to nothing to do) we deep clean the hotel rooms. It sucks for me, because with my back, I can't lift any of the heavy furniture at all. Dresser's, mattresses, etc. None of it. All heavy stuff is off limits for me. I can do like lamps and things like that. They also have those flat screen TVs which really aren't heavy at all... beat those old fashioned square box ones by a long shot, really not that heavy. So in terms of that disease, I understand completely what your mom is going through. However, mine isn't bad enough to where I need shots or anything. For right now we're just carefully monitoring it to make sure things don't get no worse. Not sure what could happen if it does get worse, though. I expect at the worst I'll probably get put on a back brace or something.
