Young Admin's

Agreed; age makes no difference. As long as they can communicate effectively, and efficiently, and manage a team of mods, and promote the forum, and do all the back-end stuff, it's all good. But they need to be somewhat professional. I'm immediately turned off when a forum isn't a finished product.

I started running forums when I was 15. And I ran some pretty good forums.. I just enjoyed doing it...

I don't mind young admins... just as long they're mature and have the brains of running a forum even if they're the co-admin. On one forum I was at years ago, one of the co-admins there was only 11 years old and he did a good job maintaining the forum and was well-respected. I admire people like him.

11? Well, that's crazy young. But if they do a good job, good for them!

Yeah, he did do a good job as a co-admin at that age. A year before in that forum, he was originally a moderator at 10 years old and from there was mature too and knew what he was doing.

I think you should be at least 16 or 17, as otherwise you're still a bit immature usually (no offense to anyone), and it just works out better imo.
