Your Birthday

What do you usually do for your birthday? Do you expect your family to do something for you or do you make your own celebration? Treat it as a regular day?

Get a little bit of money to purchase a few things that I want but that's truly it.

I usually have a close family get together. Funny in my family the older you get the less and less extended family show up for your B-day.



I've always wanted a surprize party!

...but I've never had one...

Oh well, some people don't get lots more than that so I can't complain.



Sad story...



One time we forgot my mother's birthday.



There were four of us living in one house. How it happend I don't know.



...I forgot...

...My sister forgot...

...My dad forgot...

and...yes...even my mother forgot.



My grandma called us on my mother's birthday and told my mom happy birthday. She was like, wha!?



We looked at the calendar and I burst into tears!

I never in my life thought I would ever forget my mother's birthday!!!

I don't like birthdays. I usually plan an exciting trip that day . . . like going to the dentist!

It's just another day for me. My online friends send me e-cards. My RL friends know I hate gifts or a big deal made of my birthday. My ambulance crew will bring in a cake which I appreciate but could do without that as well. To me the old quote holds true Another day older and deeper in debt.

I don't like birthdays. I just go out to eat with my family.

I hate all the unnecessary attention. Most of my friends who know it's my birthday just say happy birthday through a text and that's it.

I mainly get a couple things from my family. I don't do anything for it because I am getting sort of old for that. Though if I have a girlfriend Ill usually hangout with her, and ill go out to eat with my family.
