Do you have a good provider for your phone service? What is your opinion of them?

I have Straight Talk Wireless that runs on the Verizon Network. It is pretty good for the most part. Rarely have issues with my phone network and data. I am currently not locked into any plan, so I can decide which month I want more or less data, based on what I need at the time. Currently I am paying for Unlimited Data and international calls made to the U.S., Canada and Mexico areas.

I used to have tmobile, but something went wrong and I was going to be without a phone for a few weeks simply because they had no offices in my town. So I went with UScelluar who did and no issues since, though a bit over priced.

I use Telstra and for Australia which is naturally terrible they’re okayish.

I have Verizon Wireless and they're great for network reliability, but...the price...ugh...

is it really that bad?
It's extremely high, I'm on a family plan at the moment and 4 lines, 4 phone with unlimited text and data is nearly $400USD, it's stupidly high. I plan on taking my phone off of that plan and going elsewhere, because I don't talk, text or download that often, so I just need wifi and enough data to get me through a month and I'll be fine, save the family plan about $100/month, too. It's all the sale double-talk, too, it gets you confused when you're renewing everything, it all sounds amazing and like it won't cost that much more, and then suddenly you're staring down a stupidly expensive bill each month. I want rid of it, but the rest of the family doesn't.

That’s extremely high ?

I’m only paying $120AUD a month, I would look somewhere else.

Oh I absolutely intend to, the prices are stupidly high, and given the relative parity between the different networks now, it's stupid to stay with them just because we've been with them for 15 years. T-Mobile, Sprint, even the contract-less piggybacking options like Straight Talk, Metro, etc are all perfectly good carriers right now, even if they do bottleneck at times.

I rather the casual bottle necking then paying that much I honestly feel bad for you, internet these days is getting very cheap and easy to stay connected.

I’m not to professional on American internet providers but I hope you find something better! :)

O2 in the UK. Love them, never had any problems and I honestly can't see myself ever trying out a different provider. They have a rewards app that has some great freebies. They also have a cashback programme at certain retailers so I sometimes can get my bill paid off using that.

Telstra here has an awards app to now where you get awarded for paying your bill :)

Amazing that we get awarded now honestly.
