My personal most favourite ones are : spicy cheddar, Swiss, aged Gouda, Brie and Havarti. I love mine in : BLTs, grilled-cheeses, other sandwiches, cheese, fruits and wine, cheese and crackers and finally : on a cheese platter with different veggies and cold cuts. And you personally? I enjoy cheese but I know if I have too much of it, I will burn out on it.
Blue stilton is one of my favourites and one I always like to have in at Christmas to have on crackers. Garlic and herb cream cheese it also a favourite of mine to have on crackers at any time of the year.
