Spinach base with chicken or hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, shredded carrots, onions, olives, corn, maybe some avocado, and sunflower seeds. For a dressing it sounds nuts but I mix some of the juice the olives come in and a tiny bit of bleu cheese dressing and it tastes amazing to me!
