Mine is blonde and cut short. I leave about a quarter inch on there.

Update: I had 12 inches of hair cut off for the Locks of Love program. My hair now is shoulder lenght. Gosh, at first I felt bald but I'm getting used to it and it was for a good cause. Not to mention that's it's easier now for me to upsweep my hair for work.
