HEY! If you are a student, what would you like your job to be?

If you already works, then what is your work?!

I currently work at a Old Folks home and a Aquarium and Pet Supplies store.

Once i get my licence and car ( few months) i am starting my own business which i will do for the rest of my life if all goes well.

I don't have a job at the moment, but I applied for 5 yesterday - 3 supermarkets, one CD/DVD store and...McDonald's

.

Hopefully I'll get one of them.

I own three businesses:

1. Non-profit small animal shelter (The shelter is located on my home property)

2. Tri-State Dog Walking/Pet Sitting (NY, NJ and VT)

3. Vending Machines ( Machines are located in the International Airport near me)

I also work part-time nights as a Paramedic & State Water Rescue Team Member.

In addition to the above, I own several rental properties.

Anywho, to get this back on track. I work at a grocery store called Homeland. Its sorta like Wal-Mart. But more food related then anything. And less Nationally/Internationally known. My position there, which I share with a few others is called a 'Courtesy Clerk'. I bag groceries, take them out to the car if the customer wants me too, bring in carts, take out trash, clean bathrooms, sweep the floors, put stuff back on shelves, and anything else I or others do when needed.

Wow, you sure do a lot of different things. Just reading all you do makes me tired.

Since McDonald's rejected me, I have enquired about a role working in police communications.

Lol, they recently made a new position that only one person has been chosen for. He basically does the janitorial stuff now. Leaving us to do other stuff.

[font='Franklin Gothic Medium]Had my phone interview a couple of days ago and passed that. Now I have to fly to Auckland for some computer based assessments. I really hope I get this job. I was told that because I am still young with little life and work experience I may have a difficult time during the final panel interview with police staff when they ask for actual times I have applied myself in particular situations - not just theoretical answers.
