Why? Because I love Italian food and I love the atmosphere in most Italian restaurants. I'd make mine the

). I like Chinease food. I find the food very different, and my favourite Chinease resteraunt has a great atmosphere and everyone's really freindly.

Probably not, Actually, I'd probably sell American food, but nothing like fast food. (Steak, ribs, burgers, and wings.)
