I take 1 shower morning and night 15-20 minutes, just to rinse off my body odor and for self-care and self-love. Once a week, I take therapeutic bath in my bathtub because it feels good. I use some kinda tool to rinse my body odors and etc, shave and put on exfoliant for my dead skin, a face mask and face, body and hand cream, as well as a Burt's Bees mint and cucumber lately lip balm for my skincare routine.
