I'm wondering how an evil genie would twist that wish.

I don't trust genies.

There are lots of ways to twist it, like saying 'okay, but everyone and everything else gets erased along with you', or by replacing me with, say... mass murderer, who'd go on a killing spree.

The problem with money is, the more of it you have, the more of it you need and want. It's never enough. I reckon that explains why some people are ridiculously rich.
