Initially I went by the name 'NousBoy'

Nous Meaning: common sense; practical intelligence.
Boy Meaning: well, I am a boy.

A few years later, I just dropped the boy because Nous just looked cleaner.

Mine is part of my name, I used Noble for years on some sites as well as it was a gaming name I used.

PGen was the name of a site I used to run (PlatinumGamers [PG] which then became PlatinumGeneration [PGen]), I used PGen on a lot of support sites, and eventually I just stuck with it most places. The site died, but the name remained. I have other usernames in a couple of other places, but it's mostly PGen98 these days. The 98 relates to two hockey players I really liked when I first started watching hockey. Kept the number going throughout most of the usernames I've ever used, lol. I've thought about changing my name to something else, something a little more reflective of me as a person, but I'm so used to it at this point I just don't know what else would fit!

There's no story behind my username. It's a name I saw in a movie which I can't even remember the name of it but the name stuck with me and that's how I used it as my username.
