For the last two weeks I've been saying more or less the same thing, sometimes repeating it every two or three minutes, for six to eight hours at a time.
My mother's Alzheimer's is getting close to end stage, no matter which chart of its progression you look at, and she repeats the same handful of questions almost constantly, and expects you to answer.
It doesn't matter what you say, you have to say something, and it is just easier to tell her the truth when she asks.
