Which forum is that?

@Jazzy's forum. Not only did I apologize to the entire community for closing this place 6 years ago but I went out of my way to reach out to her personally and give her a private apology in her inbox on her forum. Not only was it ignored but she didn't respond to my introduction thread on her forum and posted around me in her Chit Chat thread, quoting and acknowledging every single other member except for me. I find this behavior odd because she responded to my introduction thread on a promotion forum and she was interacting with me under an alter ego she has on another general discussion forum. I am a straight-to-the-point kind of person and I don't like when people play childish games with me. Her behavior has been very disappointing to say the least.

If so, that would be most disappointing but not surprising in the least. The admin in question isn't exactly the forgiving type so I can see why they wouldn't want you around there.

I don't understand how me closing this forum was such an unforgiveable act. She immediately created a new forum (which I promoted here on this forum before shutting down) and all of her friends migrated to that forum. Also, this forum has been restored so her hard work still exists here. You can see her content everywhere and members are still replying to some of her threads as we speak. I appreciate everything she has done here and just wanted to be friends again. Instead of that she'd rather create this awkward existence where we ignore each other and post around each other on other forums where we cross paths. Again, disappointing is the only way I can describe this situation.

It would be rather hypocritical to do the very things I seen this person complain about others doing like banning people for personal reasons outside of the listed rules or banning people for simply associating with a certain person that they didn't like.

I read her rules and while they are very simplistic and open for interpretation, I don't believe me or Webster violated them. Our bans were unjust and should be rescinded. Also if she did believe we were in violation, whatever happened to warning people first? Maybe putting their posts on moderator approval for a while? Going straight to the harshest punishment possible is out of line. It's obvious she is still holding a grudge after all these years and letting her emotions cloud her judgement in properly managing a forum.

Having said all of this, I am still open to being friends with @Jazzy again and I can forgive everything I've mentioned in this post. Perhaps me coming back suddenly and re-opening this forum out of the blue was a little bit of a shock to the system and she needs some time to process all of this. Like I told her privately, my door is always open whenever she wants to reconnect.

Been banned from 2 forums (counting the Yak, of course).

First time it happened, I deserved it. This time? *points to Neb's comment above* What he said.

I received no such apology. But, I'm in the forgiving mood, so:

You did in this announcement:

I realize that I could have handled Wober's closure better and I sincerely apologize to anyone who was hurt or upset by my actions.

On that note, it’s been so awesome reconnecting with all the amazing people (like yourself) who have chosen to return. We’re here to stay this time around, let’s make this place even more awesome than it used to be!

I was once banned from the official ZetaBoards support forum for an extended period of time for mass spamming users' inboxes due to one staff member severely ticking me off. I was later on unbanned and continued to contribute my support and resources to the board. In the end, I think I did more good for the forum than bad, but as with everyone, I made mistakes along the way and when I did mass spam users' inboxes I was rather young, thus immature.

What did you spam them with? Links to your forum?

From a forum which was MY creation. A co-admin was the author of that ban. And it was unfair. Since I was the founder of that forum, I reverted the ban and banned that user in return.
This actually reminds me of the time I basically paid to get 'credits' to make a group chat room/group on an RP chat site I was on. I basically got booted out as the groups admin/owner due to people not liking the way I ran the chat. I was threatened with 'if you don't do it, I'll take half the users!'. So I just caved in and gave the group to the co-admin and left the site. I don't think it was a lot of money at all and heard later the group died out. The site's OWNER even PM'd me and said they were happy I made a group based around this thing.
