How did you do that?My neighbor's brand new coffee table. It was my own fault. Fortunately, the store took the broken one back and gave them a new one free of charge.
Oh yeah I've broken a few TV's in my day. I remember I was trying to mount one at my old job and dropped it.
I picked it up to help them move it and the glass top which I assumed was attached to the wood turned out not to be attached, so it fell off and broke.
I hate glass coffee tables. I almost did that to my grandma’s table one time.
Did the customer know or did you fix it before they could find out?
No, he knew about it, I'm all about transparency with clients.

Yes at £4000 so I had to scrap it and buy another.
It cost more to fix it than what you paid for it originally?
Yep, because I bought the guitar for 2.5K and it was an 80s les Paul so sourcing the parts would of been a nightmare and expensive.
Although I still have the guitar but the neck is broken so unplayable but it makes a great keep sake.
