Alien although I'm not a big fan of part 3.
Each of the listed trilogies is the best in its own right, but it's impossible to pick THE BEST one since they can't be compared on the same basis.
How do you, for example, compare Star Wars and The Godfather? Completely different movie genres. Comparing Star Wars with The Lord of the Rings might be doable, since The Lord of the Rings is a fantasy and Star Wars is a fantasy disguised as a Sci-Fi.
