Which electronics brands do you trust most? Are you loyal to one brand?

I tend to go for Apple products. I used to like Dells mostly but switched over to HP for PC’s.

Seems like TV picture quality depends a lot on connection. We have one Sony and a couple of Samsungs. In my opinion the Sony wins.
I like HP for computers.
Not real sure about scanner/printer; I have an HP, but think I would like to try one of those Epsons with "everlasting" ink supply. ... one of these days.

I guess "everlasting" was a bit of a tongue-in-cheek exaggeration / take on Willie Wonka's "everlasting gobstopper". :D
Here's what I was talking about. "Supertank" "Eco-Tank"

Do you think Shaq really cares about printers?

Do you do a lot of printing @passenger?
Not really. Not nearly enough to justify the cost. What appeals to me besides the frequency & expense of ink cartridges is the reduction in use/disposal of plastic, not only in landfills, but in the oceans as well.

"Zero Cartridge Waste

Join the club with the millions of EcoTank owners who've already helped to reduce millions of pounds of plastic from going into landfills!"

Hmm, well I throw out maybe 1 ink cartridge a year (thats how infrequently I print things). The landfills aren't overflowing with plastic because of me. :P
If I was a chronic printer, maybe I'd get one. For now I don't need a new printer.

That's pretty much where I am, but I guess my reasoning is that "every little bit helps"; in the oceans these "Plastic Gyres" are such a huge problem. Seems this 'man made' product never biodegrades.

It doesn't but if everyone recycled, every future plastic item could be made with recycled plastic.. Then we (as a society) would just use the same plastic over and over again for all time.

I tend not to trust greedy corporations of any sort.
Your best bet is donation-backed organizations.
