That does seem kind of early.Man, compared to everyone else we eat kinda early. Usually around 4:30 or 5 pm.

Congrats on the weight loss! How much did you lose?Because of my road to a successful weight loss, I have my dinner at 4p. I cannot eat anything after 7:30p, according to the doctor.
Two years ago, my starting weight was 267 so my new starting weight is 244. For these past 2 years, I dropped 26-27lbs, but because I've started fresh last week, I've lost 23. Not a gimmick, it works. You could lose 100 pounds in 6-12 months if you stick to it. Adding in an exercise routine couldn't hurt either.I'm going to have to see about that, because I lose weight my way without all the gimmicks.
