what time do you like to eat your evening meal?

About 6 or 6:30 pm
I would rather eat later (maybe about 8 pm) because eating a meal makes me sleepy; but I am overruled. :LOL:

Because of my road to a successful weight loss, I have my dinner at 4p. I cannot eat anything after 7:30p, according to the doctor.

Two years ago, my starting weight was 267 so my new starting weight is 244. For these past 2 years, I dropped 26-27lbs, but because I've started fresh last week, I've lost 23. I eat the kind that is homemade that I can make from scratch like pizza and yogurt.

It works! You'd lose a ton of weight fast.

I never even heard of nor I tried it.
 
Oh, well, if you have some free time you should google "Ketogenic diet" and try it out. Lots of stuff on youtube too.

Not a gimmick, it works. You could lose 100 pounds in 6-12 months if you stick to it. Adding in an exercise routine couldn't hurt either.

I don't use exercise equipment anymore and I do not go out to crowded gyms. I want this to be done my way.
 
I don't like eating once it is passed 7pm. This is to enable me have a good night sleep as eating once it is passed that time is never healthy for me.
