An FBI agent who was accused of bias in handling the investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop has resigned.
FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault is no longer with the bureau, Fox News has learned. Thibault retired over the weekend, according to a source familiar with the matter. He was walked out of the building on Friday, which is standard procedure, per the source.
Now, I get Jim Hoft's (that's the Gateway Pundit's founder) loves to spin bullshit stories left and right but even he should know that when an FBI agent departs the Bureau, whether it be in D.C. or at any field/resident office, they're escorted out by other agents because one of the requirements to become an FBI agent is that you must pass a security clearance which goes away upon departure from the bureau.
