Fish n Chips?

I never buy fish from a fish n chips place, always battered sausages

2 jumbo sausages, large chips, salt and vinnegar, and that's it

delicious..

I was absolutely obsessed with fish and chips as a child, but then I started to dislike fish and felt sick after eating it, and when I was about 6 a restaurant gave me a fried fish with the head still on and that finished the job for me. Chippies were just for chips with vinegar after that, lol. Haven't eaten fish since.

I've never had it before. I don't know if I'd trust getting it here in America or not.

So long as it's from a proper fish and chip shop, it should be good! Long John Silvers? Avoid!
Yeah, I hated Long John Silvers personally. We used to have a Long John Silvers and A&W combo here.

Yeah, they just don't make anything right, lol. It's understandable, they're owned by Yum brands, so all about high volume, cheap quality fast food. The only good thing about them is they're one of the few places in the US that actually has malt vinegar for their chips :D

Burger and chips were what I ordered at the local seafood place.

Chips (or fries to our American brethren on here) yes. Fish no. Strict vegan.

From a proper chippy at the seaside.
Can't beat it.

I do like Southern Fried Chicken from a chippy as well.
