And the latest..tried on mine and others is…96.37.94.103…[email protected]

Fellow admins need to be aware of this user. Maybe pin this?

I still can't figure this person out. Registers over and over again, and even if you let her in, she just posts a couple of times and registers again. So strange!!

Nope, s/he posts like a normal person when they post, just ditch the account and re-registered over and over again. They claim it's OCD related, but then claim they'll stick to one account only to ditch it again and again, but will still "welcome" each new account with an old one...strangest thing!
