My Mother Had a Nasty Fall, In Hospital.

In case you see a bit less of me, my mother has had a very nasty fall, she was taken to hospital by ambulance and we've just found out she has a broken hip and will need surgery either tonight or tomorrow and will be in for a couple of days before she starts recovering and then physical therapy.

I'm terrified of how this will impact her because of the dementia, I'm also terrified of the bill that's going to come from this. Going to be a LONG few months.

….oh I’m so, so sorry…my mother in law has had a few bad falls over the last few years so I understand how scary it is for you atm…probably more so than it is for your mom because she’ll be medicated through any Medical procedures and recoveries….it’s just a day at a time with this and just dealing with each day as it comes …the medical staff are caring for her physical welfare and she has you caring for her emotional welfare so she has everything she needs for a recovery from her fall…wishing you both well and sending you much positive energy…you take care…❤️

I know it will take months.... because when my mother did fall took a while. Even more for my sister that she was looking after her ... take care of youself too .
