I am usually quiet! I’d say I have a normal tone… but if I’m excited or overly energetic I get a little loud and project my voice for some reason. I guess occasionally I dont even realize my own volume level since it’s not typical, I do catch myself sometimes though.

When communicating, I would say that I am neither too loud or too quiet. I'd say I speak in a normal tone to anyone I communicate with and I am only ever loud if I need to be.

I'm a bit of both lol. When I'm in a lot pain I tend to get really quiet. But when I'm having a good pain day I can be loud and excited
