Having tried the game out for the first time thanks to the free trial they released, I have to say, they did a somewhat good job at fixing the problems. The new-gen update has made the game look really good although I don't have a strong opinion just yet regarding the gameplay since I only just started playing the first few "missions".

It seems to be pretty good and the city looks beautiful on the PS5. I'm guessing that you would get it on PC which didn't really have too many issues anyway. It's a shame that PC doesn't get the 5-hour trial offer.

Nier:Automata took more than 2 years to be finally a playable game. With changes of PC components generations it should take less than that but not THAT fast. It's still a high demanding game with a new technology... the RTX is a meme actually.
