On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, what's your confidence level at your job? Confidence in your ability to do what you do and do it well?

I’m still pretty new at this gig, so I’d say like a 5. I can’t wait to be at that point where I know all the answers though.

I suppose I'm a competent caregiver. I'd still prefer to be in my old job, lol, but at least I know what I'm doing most days. An 8?

At my last job, my confidence level started out low, but then I learned that a LOT of the stuff I needed to learn, I kind of already knew because of my work as admin on forums. So at that point, my confidence level rose to about an 8 or a 9.

I do my job with huge confidence because I know I have all that it takes to carry out alll the tasks that comes with my job

Been doing my current role for a few years now so around 8, always something new to learn though.

As a farmer, I would rate myself a comfortable 8. I have been here for 6 years, failed severally and have had steady growth. I think I can call myself and authority.

it id always top notch for me. That's why I go for only jobs and tasks I know I can work on effortlessly

As a fashion designer, I would say I am above average at 6 out of 10 points. I am not quite the finished product yet but I am focused to keep developing myself.

For me mine plays at the 7 to 8 level. I have really a very great confidence for that matter

That would be a 10 for me. I'm very confident with my job. Everyone tells me that I'm good at it. I know when I went to live in Florida for 10 months, they had trouble filling my position. It was open when I moved back, so I was fortunate to have it when I returned.

For me I'm probably at like an 8. I work really really hard at my job lol.

I hope they appreciate what you do!
I think they do. Retail is hard on everyone and ai think everyone appreciates each other's contributions. :)

Retail! Oh, that's definitely rough. I worked in the office of a department store when I was in high school and everyone worked really hard.

I worked with a bunch of old ladies and the two owners had open offices right behind my chair. It was so awful. I hid out in the layaway area in back as much as I could.
