Goats or Sheep?

Sure, I have raised both.
One breed of sheep that I have had that might be confused at a distance is what's called a 'hair sheep'.....meaning a sheep that is not wooly:

Actually when I was younger my family almost got one. Sadly we didn't. 
Goats and sheep are really quite different, I don’t think anyone could mix them up. Maybe I see it that way because we used to have some goats, and every year there’d be a few baby ones. I was little back then and used to spend heaps of time with the baby goats, even gave them names.
There was one I remember clearly. Its mother rejected it and wasn’t feeding it. When I went to check, it was lying on the ground, barely moving. I didn’t really understand what was happening and thought it was hurt, so I ran to my father. He explained the mother didn’t want it. I was so upset. My dad bought some animal milk, and we fed it with a bottle every day. It was cold at the time, so we brought it inside during feeds. Once it got stronger, it would run up the steps every day and sit right in front of the heater, waiting for its milk. Sadly, it didn’t have a happy ending, but it’s still a memory that’s stayed with me.
Goats really are lovely animals. They’re clean, well behaved, clever, a bit like dogs in how they act.

YES! A farmer in my town used to rent out goats to get rid of the poison ivy. We would rented one just to play with it LOL But my husband said No.
Goat all the way ! I know that goats are very stubborn but I prefer them to sheep. The sheep are calm but goats are easier to get along with despite their stubbornness.🤣🤣

The Angora or Ankara is a Turkish breed of domesticated goat. It produces the lustrous fibre known as mohair. It is widespread in many countries of the world. Many breeds derive from it, among them the Indian Mohair, the Soviet Mohair, the Angora-Don of the Russian Federation and the Pygora in the United States.
Angora goats were depicted on the reverse of the Turkish 50 lira banknote from 1938 to 1952.
