How's it going you two?
I'm swell, enjoying my day off. About to go look at a couple houses.
What's going on in your world?
We've been casually looking for a little while, but we're getting to that point that we'd like to pull the trigger on something.
Everyone is hurting from these increases. Both our water and electric bills have been the highest they've been since we bought this house.
