Oh nice. House hunting is always fun.

We've been casually looking for a little while, but we're getting to that point that we'd like to pull the trigger on something.

It's really nice out today. I stopped at home on my lunch break and talked to my neighbors who were sitting out on their porch. We had a conversation about city hall and how home utility rates are on the rise.

Everyone is hurting from these increases. Both our water and electric bills have been the highest they've been since we bought this house.

I wonder why the rates keep going up?

It's gotten absurd and I know a lot of people have been raging about it. I'm not suffering too bad as mine haven't increased all that much. I've been unplugging things that I don't use and trying to keep heat & ac on the down low.
