Glad a reckless, unprepared, rookie driver was taken off the road before he/she hurt him/herself or anyone else. If you are speeding well over the speed limit 45 minutes after you get your license to drive, you obliviously shouldn't be on the road to begin with, but hopefully he'll think about that for 6 months without a license. Harsh, not at all.
