I've had the Cuban black beans & sauteed spinach.
Yellow steamed rice is basically brown rice with turmeric (the turmeric adds yellow coloring to the rice).
Jackfruit is a tropical fruit that's actually pretty sweet (think pineapple but w/out the acidic sweetness).
