It's a "game" that (usually)middle school/ high school kids play. A boy and a girl are locked in a closet alone together and they're supposed to fool around (kissing, fondling, etc) for 7 minutes.

Basically people just kiss / make out during those 7 minutes. Its a little more innocent than people are making it out to be here in this thread.
