If there was one day you could repeatedly re-experience, which day would you choose?

What happened on that day?

How often would you want to re-live it?

years ago, I went to see this show about greek mythology. it had fire affects, ice affects, an original soundtrack, and a good storyline.

when my friend took me, she's like sorry em, I'm not going in there, it looks scary

well, I persuaded her, and she didn't really enjoy it, but I loved it. I came out and went that's the best thing ever. I love it.

they don't do it anymore, the place they did it got converted in to a swimming pool, but I could see that show every day and still love it like it's the first time

Not repeatedly but maybe once. Christmas when I was younger with my mom and brother. I know now my mom was struggling being a single mom but she managed to give me and my brother a good holiday. We were happy and together. Once again to see my mom and the feeling I felt back then.

There was an evening I wish could happen again. I had taken something that messed with my memory but apparently not my consciousness. The snippets I remember, though, I wish they could be the last things I remember when all memories start to disappear. But it is like a real-life reenactment of the last part of the movie Contact, the evening flipping by like a slide show and the pieces that didn't make it into my memory, I wish I could find them on eBay, I would pay a fortune. I wish I could paint or draw, to eternalize (yes I know that's not a word) what remains in my mind.
It haunts me that what I consider the most amazing event of my life is only a few scraps of memories. I don't think this is what you meant for a response to this thread, but it is my chance to wax about the ethernallness (another word I made up?) of memory.

10 July 1987 when I made a record. I would like to relive it once a week.

It was a Friday in the spring last year, my best friend and I hung out all day long, went shopping, got food, chilled, picked out our outfits and went with our guys to our home bar for the owner's anniversary party. Danced all night long, laughed, talked.. it was the last memorable day I had with her before she passed away, and the last time our little group of 4 was ever whole and happy. We really had the time of our lives so I genuinely would give anything to re-live it for eternity 🤍 Before everything got all messed up.

December 12. 2021. The Bombers came back to beat the Tiger-Cats in overtime to win the Grey Cup...in Hamilton. It was absolutely glorious. I still have the game on my PVR and watch it from time to time.

My brother was there in the stadium I think. Not a happy camper though since he's a Cats fan and season ticket holder.

A day to live over, eh. The day Mrs. Mendalla and I moved from friendship to couple. Probably more special and meaningful than our actual wedding, which was a bit of a formality after four years together.

My sympathies on having a Ti-Cats fan for a brother. (Sorry, I hate them.

I lived in Hamilton for nearly a decade myself (brother and I overlapped a bit) but never been a football fan so couldn't even tell you how the Cats did during that period. He and his wife support all the local teams, I think, but seem to be big football fans.

I wouldn't mind having a ground hog day where I do what I want for an eternity and don't have to worry about money or retirement.
