Yeah it was, their bedroom was on the opposite side of the building, so the lights didn't bother them but drove me and the dog who lived on the other side mad, so as well as the light there was the noise of the dog! ?That does sound pretty annoying, mine is enclosed in a fenced garden and doesn't often go off for no reason.
