Alien's Existence? Yes or no?

What do you mean by alien life?

Basic life forms, microscopic or simple plants and animals, SOMEWHERE out there?

Or Intelligent Advanced (space going) Life that occasionally stop by here to borrow the bathroom and pick up something new for their Elvis collection?

Or something in between?\

Sure, why not? Maybe not as advanced as us.. OR extremely advanced.

It seems unlikely that this is the only inhabited planet... there's a lot of planets out there.
As for the alien encounters, not unless I meet an alien.

Appeal to ignorance — the claim that whatever has not been proved false must be true, and vice versa (e.g. There is no compelling evidence that UFOs are not visiting the Earth; therefore UFOs exist — and there is intelligent life elsewhere in the universe. Or: There may be seventy kazillion other worlds, but not one is known to have the moral advancement of the Earth, so we're still central to the Universe.) This impatience with ambiguity can be criticized in the phrase: absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
Dr Carl Sagan (1934 – 1996)

It is possible, but we have yet to really find any evidence of "intelligent life" so far in the universe. Of course we have also only explored what is a very small part of the vast universe that we exist in.

I do feel that many are too quick to define a life form as "intelligent." Apes, for example, are obviously some of the most intelligent animals that we know to exist, and have some impressive capabilities. However, they are still nowhere near where the human race is, and simply do not innovate, think, and create the same way that the human race does.

Finding truly intelligent life outside of our own solar system would be quite interesting for sure.

There may be some kind of alien form somewhere in the space. But alins as they're presented to us? Just a big, fat NO!
